Rochambeau proved that the athleisure trend is certainly not dead at New York Fashion Week

If there's one thing that the Rochambeau men's collection for Fall/Winter 2016 proved, it's that the athleisure trend is certainly not dead. The collection focused on taking athletic pieces like a hoodie or baseball jacket and updating those pieces with trendy design details for a look that you definitely wouldn't wear on the sports field.

In particular, the collection played around with the collars of the athletic pieces. Higher necklines and turtlenecks were incorporated into the designs. The collection relied heavily on a neutral color palette of primarily black, navy and gray as well as various shades of brown, tan and cream. There were a few pops of vibrant color throughout the collection including an eye-catching tangerine orange, soft yellow and lime green. The collection also incorporated several different patterns focusing on line such as plaid prints.
